Examining fundamental concepts of business law in an international environment. Understanding the legal aspects of doing business internationally and of managing a multinational firm with an emphasis on the complex web of interactions among the legal, political, economic, and cultural forces.

STATS 401 QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS (4 credits)

Understanding fundamental concepts and techniques for analyzing risk and formulating sound decisions in uncertain environments.

MGT 402 ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR : DYNAMICS AND GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE (4 credits)

Examining organizational behavior at the macro level, how organization impacts the employee (i.e. organizational design, conflicts and politics) as well as micro topics, or how managers and employees impact the organization (i.e. job design, motivation).

MGT 412 STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN A GLOBAL CONTEXT (4 credits)

Apprehending a strategic approach to managerial issues: portfolio analysis, matrices, impact of value chain, defining an organization.

QT 402 APPLIED MULTIVARIATE METHODS (4 credits)

Learning the efficient collection and optimal allocation of information flow (regarded as a resource), in order to face the issues raised by the operational and strategic uses of information technologies.

MGT 403 GLOBAL BUSINESS POLICY (4 credits)

Providing the students with the theorical and practical insights necessary for understanding the problems and issues of strategy formulation and implementation regarding the firm’s international operations, focusing on the links of this strategic plan and the design of an organization and its corporate responsibility.

IndSt 403 INDIVIDUAL THESIS (4 credits)

This thesis should be seen as a capstone of the learning during the whole academic path followed by the student. Each student has to choose a subject and has to develop a research around it. The student is carefully followed by an advisor which will be met at least 4 times, has to produce a report and to present his/her work to a selected jury.
